IHOP Restuarant Menu

To me you don't go to an IHOP for the life changing cuisine. You do get good food and coffee in a carafe set right on your table. The coffee on the table puts them above Denny's or Village Inn. Prices are fair and you can order anything from breakfast to dinner from the same menu. This location is what I'm reviewing. On this visit there was lipstick on the rim of my mug. Bad start but the food was good. I had the Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper & Cheese Griddle Melt with ham added as I'm a meat eater. I was very good. My friend had the smoked sausage w/ eggs and pancakes. She liked that the sausage was good and not greasy. Pancakes were excellent and very fluffy. Usually they have good service here. Sometimes this location is packed. Not too busy tonight so service wasn't really challenged but, either way, I'm happy it was good. No wifi here. Great hand air jet dryers in clean bathrooms. Expect to see students and cops here late nights.

Well for starters, as soon as we walked in the employees and manager that were standing at the front counter decided to walk in the back.so we sat ourselves.the waitress that was outside saw the others leave came back in and took care of us.our waitress was very friendly and took good care of us.the only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the waitress.

VERY slow service! Waited close to 45 minutes for our food, by the time we got our food it was cold. Asked to speak with the manager and was told he was cooking. Spoke to mgr and informed him of the slow service & cold food all he could say was sorry nothing more. Needless to say we didn't stay.

tried to order an omelet without pancake batter. waitress said she didn't see why I couldn't get it that way. before leaving she said since she wasn't cooking she could not guarantee there wouldn't be batter in the omelet...just saying. I again told her that I didn't want it their way. I decided not to take any chances and just leave. will not return here.

I really like IHOP in general but this place is slow. We went during brunch time on a Wednesday. They weren't packed and it still took them forever to take our order and even longer for the food to come out. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what but it's hard to get excited about coming to this IHOP. The only saving grace this place has is they didn't burn my bacon and the pancakes were awesome as I would expect.

Today was a little different from most times I'm here: waited five minutes for a drink order from a different waitress after immediately being seated, followed by a repeat in ordering sugar free syrup, extra napkins and silverware from the main waitress responsible for our table. The glass of iced tea I ordered was filthy on the inside, requiring a second order. Having to ask for extra things not considered food items on the menu, more than once, is poor service.

Hubby and I stopped at this IHOP this morning on our way out of town for what we hoped would be a quick breakfast. The parking lot was packed, but the restaurant was so "un-packed" that one could have shot a cannon off down one side and not have hit a person. We were seated by a rather shy and uncertain young lady who took our drink order, brought it, then disappeared for nearly 10 minutes. When we finally were able to give her our order, we waited....and waited...and waited, until two OTHER people brought our breakfasts. As it happened, we both ordered the same breakfast--eggs, hash browns, bacon, and wheat toast. And here's what happened; The bacon, which had been ordered extra-crispy, was chewy. From past experience at this location, we knew not to send it back, as it would have taken 10 minutes to get it back. The toast was burned. The bread they use for their wheat toast is about half the thickness of a similar slice of white bread, and easily half the thickness of the Great Value wheat that I buy at WalMart. The toast was almost cold when we got it. There are two flavors of jelly/jam available: strawberry and grape. Not everyone likes those two, or prefers something else. I asked for orange marmalade, which I know is available in the same little packages from Smuckers as the strawberry and grape. Nope, not available. How about mixed berry? Nope, these two are the only ones we have. We choked down our breakfast and got out of there, but not after asking for the manager: "Is there a manager in the building or are the inmates running the asylum?" A young man came out through the swinging door from the kitchen and informed us that he was the duty manager. To our complaint about the jelly/jam availabilities, his response was that "corporate won't let us order anything else." Well, folks, corporate had just better get their act together and "allow" the individual restaurants to order the items that their customers request. To the complaint about the burned (and cold) toast, his response was "Sorry about that." It was the same about the bacon. This is the third time that Hubby and I have tried this particular IHOP, and it is the LAST time that I will darken their door. The first time was just okay, as it was a very busy morning and I think the kitchen was overwhelmed. The second time, just a month or so ago, we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a server to come to the table to take orders and, again, the server disappeared, our breakfasts were brought by another person, and we saw our server again only when she brought the check. There was a man at the next table who got the same treatment. And again, the bacon wasn't crisp and the meal wasn't satisfactory. I have to mention that the young man who claimed to be the manager on duty had to have been all of about 27 years old. He knows little-to-nothing about managing what should be a very busy restaurant; he was back in the kitchen and claimed to be meeting with the owners. What owners come to their restaurant during what should be a very busy Saturday morning rush to discuss business issues with the manager??? Shouldn't that be postponed until such time as the restaurant is just about empty??? I have to say that I was astonished when Hubby and I walked in at approximately 9:00 a.m. to find more than half of the tables empty. I thought that Saturday and Sunday mornings were pancake places' busiest times; I guess that the reputation that this restaurant has gotten among the citizens in this town and surrounding area has precluded people from going there. I still wonder where all the people who belonged to all those cars were.

I like IHOP well enough. The prices are reasonable, the food is decent, and because they are open 24 hours, they are convenient. Still, we don't eat at IHOP real often. For us, it's more of the occasional "it's late, we're hungry and don't want McDonald's fast food" place for us. This is the location that's closest to our house, but in the future we will drive a little further and go to the one by Cottonwood mall as the service at this location is not up to par. The few times we've come in to this location, the place has always been mostly empty, yet they have a "please wait to be seated sign" posted, and we always have to wait a while for someone to come to the front to seat us as the staff is always "busy" and they never seem to have a host/hostess staffed to greet customers. So you not only have to wait until you catch someone's attention to let them know you are waiting, but then you have to wait until someone actually takes the time to stop and show you to a table. Then it always seems to take an unusually long time for the food to come out, despite the fact that they are never crowded when we go and we tend to order mostly breakfast food in a restaurant that specializes in breakfast food. I can understand there may be certain times when they are slower or need less staff on hand, especially later at night or early in the morning, but that's not an excuse for poor service. If you're going to be open for 24 hours, you should be attentive to your customers no matter what time they come in. Last night, we decided to stop in at about 10:45pm. Again, lots of empty tables, but when we walked in, there was a party of two already waiting to be seated as - surprise - there was no one stationed at the front to seat people. We waited several more minutes (on top of however long the people ahead of us were already waiting before we came in) before someone finally came and sat the other party, and then a few more minutes before someone else entirely stopped to seat us. Our waitress did take our order promptly, and it was 11:00pm when we placed our order. I ordered just French toast, and my husband ordered a French toast combo with bacon, eggs, and hash browns. At 11:30pm, we received our orders. The waitress apologized because my order was supposed to come with three pieces, but only came out with two, and said that the kitchen was working on getting the rest out. I said it wasn't a problem, and honestly I wouldn't have noticed if she hadn't said anything as I probably would have just assumed that it came with two. So I started on what I had been served and as I was finishing up, I was brought the third slice. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that they acknowledged the mistake and brought the rest of the order, but they didn't seem overly concerned or in any hurry to correct their mistake. Also, while we were sitting there, I overheard the people at the table behind us ask to split the check after they finished their meal, and they were told it was going to be a while as apparently only the manager can split a check once the orders have been rung up, and he was too "busy" at the moment. They indicated they had already been there a while and didn't want to wait even longer to get the check, so to just bring the one check and they would figure it out. I'm not sure if it is standard practice in restaurants that only a manager can split a check, but it doesn't seem very practical to me.

This place is just terrible. Understaffed, slow and full of excuses. Do yourself a favor and go down the hill to the other location near the mall.

It was good and their service was great here just it was a little bit long of a wait . But over all it was really good . Personally I would say you have to try their cinnamon roll brioche French toast. It's delicious! For their frosting they have cream cheese , regular frosting , etc. Also try their tropical twist splashed. It makes you feel like your drinking this awesome drink from Hawaii . A lot of people really hate this place but I like it . My food was perfectly cooked and had yummy oatmeal not to forget their good bacon .

It is what is expected. Low cost food and that is what you get. I ordered my eggs over medium and they still came out runny. Server was good when he wasn't talking to an old friend at the table next to us. Will go again but I never get my hopes up.

Just to confirm what everyone else says, poor, slow service. Dirty dishes. No silverware delivered with the meal and the waitress shot away so quickly well had to wait for her eventual return get some. My kids started eating with thier hands. Food was poorly prepared. When checking out, they asked how everything was and I expressed my dissatisfaction. They just shrugged. Literally shrugged. Oh well.

Everyone around us were grumpy and complaining about slow service, and frankly we went in with an attitude because this was not our first choice BUT we had a great time. The food was what you expect, and it came out in a reasonable time. I have ended up in IHOP's across the country and they are what they are. Eat your pancakes drink your coffee and stop complaining.

Arrived this morning and when being seated, the hostess indicated that she wanted to be sure to seat us where there was a server, as not all of them had shown up. We were seated, and after 20 minutes, got up and left - no one had even looked in our direction much less gotten us coffee or water. This is not the first bad experience with this location - it runs hot and cold, but we have given them all of the chances they are going to get and will not return.

This location in the worst in town. Do not go to the Unser location. Go to the bypass location. This one is horrible. The service is pathetic and the food is bad. IHOP is not gourmet by any means, but it's usually enjoyable. No.
